By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in participating in Paintball, Gellyball, and Archery Tag activities at Paintball 2 GO LLC. You agree to release Paintball 2 GO LLC from any liability for injuries, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur due to your participation, even if caused by negligence. If you are signing on behalf of a minor, you also consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary. Additionally, you agree to adhere to all safety rules and understand that violation of these rules may result in the loss of playing privileges without a refund. You also consent to the use of your image in photos or videos taken during the activities.
